An apostille authenticates the notarization or certification of a document so it can be used in a foreign country. It certifies the signature and position of the official who executed, issued, or certified the document.

Each document is apostilled by the authority that issued it, usually the Secretary of State for US state documents or the US Department of State for federal ones. We work with an attorney who has offices in Mexico and the USA and can handle this for clients.

Latin America offers everything from high Andean mountains to white sand beaches. There is no single answer; we recommend visiting three or four locations that match your criteria before committing, and a consultation can help you build that shortlist.
