Latam Plan B is a boutique consulting firm specializing in Latin America, with bases in the United States, Mexico, and Peru and a team of advisors throughout the region.

We were customers of our services first. We obtained second residencies and passports, driver's licenses, and bank accounts, and built geoarbitrage strategies into our own lives. Then we found that many people wanted to do some or all of what we had already done ourselves.

The firm was founded by John Rounds and Gisella Grados, a bilingual American-Peruvian couple who split their lives between Colorado's Eagle River Valley and Ajijic, Mexico. John brings thirty years of international business across the Americas. Gisella brings two decades of five-star hospitality from the JW Marriott in Lima and a native command of the language and culture.

Latam Plan B was founded on the principles of freedom and creating more options in life. The goal is simple: a higher quality of life at a lower cost, with more freedom and choices.
